Since 2011, the Cámara Argentina de Biotecnología has brought together companies and start-ups in the Argentine biotechnology sector. The CAB seeks to enhance Argentina’s leadership role in biotechnology at the regional level, contributing to the coordination of valuable joint work among actors from different sectors, with the aim of strengthening the country’s position in this field.
One of its main strategies is cooperation with national and international organizations and institutions that proactively support the development and strengthening of biotechnology.
In 2022, the CAB became a member of the Argentine Industrial Union (UIA), an organization that for more than a century has brought together member entities and sectorial and regional chambers to promote policies that generate investment, growth and quality employment.
