We have great news to share: we launched Schep SARS-CoV-2 Multi-FAST, a new PCR diagnostic test for the rapid detection of SARS-CoV-2, now in multiplex and in a single step format!
Simple detection, by reverse transcription and Real Time PCR. It consists of a single Master Mix, ready to use, containing the enzymes, primers and probes, specific for 3 viral genes: Envelope (E), Nucleocapsid (N) and Spine (S). Provides a positive viral RNA control and a negative control. In addition, it includes an internal control to verify the extraction process as well as the amplification process.
DETECTION LIMIT:
0.55 cp / uL (3 cp / reaction) for the E.
0.35 cp / uL (2 cp / reaction) for the N gene.
0.45 cp / uL (2 cp / reaction) for the S.
MALLEABILITY:
Simple programming procedure and conditions designed to be used in different Real Time PCR instruments. Validated for Rotor-Gene Q (Qiagen), 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR Instrument (Applied Biosystems), LineGene 9600 (BIOER), QuantStudioTM 5 (Applied Biosystems).
DETECTION CHANNEL:
Green (FAM), yellow (SUN), orange (Tex615) and red (Cy5).
